Within the first moments of hearing DJR, you can tell that while his peers have spent the past decade creating a brand, he has used that time to perfect his unique skills behind the decks. It becomes obvious why he has been welcomed and praised more than any of the young DJs in his generation by the current heavyweights in the game. Hailing originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, DJR advanced quickly to the head of the class and secured the most sought after residencies along with the biggest following in town. Armed with world class mixing, scratching, programming, and a diverse knowledge of music, DJR’s residencies and guest spots have ranged from Top 40 Clubs, to Indie and Underground venues. 2010 saw DJR win the Phoenix Red Bull 3Style, to advance to the National Championships where he placed 1st Runner up in what can be described as the Worlds most legitimate DJ mix contest. Having solidified his place among other great DJs from Arizona, DJR relocated to Los Angeles to build his name and grow creatively. Having already spun all over North America to share his bold approach at DJing for clients that range from large corps like Coca Cola to private admirers like MLB All-Star Evan Longoria, there is no limit to the accomplishments in store for this young DJ on the rise.
